A Vintage Ridley Creek Mansion Wedding: Sara and Lance

By Krista

Happy Friday! We are so happy to bring you this amazing vintage wedding shot by BG Productions, complete with groomsmen in suspenders, a birdcage veil, cute signs, beautiful fall flowers and a fabulous venue right outside of Philadelphia!

From the photographer, Cathie,

I LOVE Ridley Creek Mansion. It is such a cool looking old house set on gorgeous grounds with all kinds of knooks and crannies. I love the bridal suite there and Sara’s gown looked amazing haging from the chandelier. It is such the perfect space to get all those wonderful girlie moments and then be able to step out into the courtyard for some fantastic bridal shots! The ceremony was originally supposed to be outside but we were having a very wet fall and things were damp and muddy. Sara and Lance didn’t let this get them down, though. The ceremony moved to the grand room and everything looked beautiful. They did a really cool ceremony involving a rose. Lance had a rose and Sara had a vase. They exchanged their vows and then he placed the rose into the vase of water. Every year on their anniversary he is going to bring a rose to Sara for her to place in the vase - how SWEET is that!!!

Congratulations, Sara and Lance!
